Location: North Cambridge
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:45pm (term time only)

Our partner SEN school is seeking several Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent role supporting pupils with a range of complex needs including autism, profound physical/sensory needs, and significant learning difficulties.

About the role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support.

• Assist with phonics, literacy, numeracy, and creative/functional activities.

• Support behaviour management and contribute to pupil observations.

• Help with lesson prep and classroom organisation.

• Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

• Some personal care may be required.

Requirements:

• MUST be available Monday–Friday, 8:30–15:45, term time only.

• MUST have personal or professional experience supporting people with SEN.

• Committed to the compliance process (DBS & vetting).

• Passionate, positive, and proactive.

• UK residents only (or valid overseas police clearance).
