SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary 

A mainstream primary school in Liverpool, Maghull, L31 are currently searching for 2 Teaching Assistant's who can work on a full time basis in their ASC Base from January 2022.
The role would entail supporting a class of up to 10 children within the Autism Resource Base Provision, with the support of a Teacher and a Level 3 TA.  The children will be KS2 age but cognitively they may be working at KS1.  
The ideal TA's will have previous experience supporting KS1 or KS2 children and be confident supporting children with autism

The role:

• Mon - Fri
• Hours approximately: 8:30am - 3:30pm
• January 2022 start
• KS2 autism support

• Providing support within the classroom wherever required
• Delivering activities on one-to-one or small group basis
• Ensuring children are engaged
• Adapting to every individual pupil’s needs
• Helping with behaviour management of children
• Creating displays of children’s work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
