SEN Teaching Assistant - Milton Keynes

Teaching Personnel works in partnership with a number of Behavioural Schools and pupil referral units across the Milton Keynes area. We are currently recruiting for a behaviour specialist that are used to dealing with challenging behaviour with all age groups and key stages.

We are recruiting qualified SEN experienced teaching assistants for regular supply jobs in schools in the local areas.

These schools will provide rewarding supply job opportunities for flexible and skilled qualified teaching assistants. Working on a daily basis, you will need to combine your professional experience and skills to support stimulating lessons to various classes within the EBD and SEMH setting.

The individual will assist in the school by modelling excellent behaviour and attitude, developing the pupil's self-esteem, confidence and create a nurturing learning environment.

This will push the pupils to develop their skills and push them towards further education or training provider that best meets their needs with more confidence and positivity.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
