Teaching Personnel are an agency working with schools in the Bournemouth and Poole area. We are extremely busy supporting schools with day-to-day supply cover, in particular SEN schools. 

As a supply Teaching Assistant, you will be working in different school settings. The majority of our work is booked in advance and we also get emergency on the day work. 

You will be working with pupils with Special Needs; most commonly this would be Autism, Behaviour or Learning Disabilities but could also include complex and medical needs.

  • Competitive pay - we offer competitive pay rates for our roles. We also offer a recommend a friend bonus of GBP50 if you introduce us to people looking for work (must complete their registration and work a minimum amount of days)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
