Salary: £1200 - £1300 per month

Do you have experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs?

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has the necessary experience required to support students with Special Educational Needs at our client school in Manchester.

The successful Teaching Assistant will join our client school and will support pupils with Special Educational Needs, enabling them to take as full a part in the school curriculum as possible and ensuring that they make appropriate progress. They will have strong literacy and numeracy skills and the academic ability to support students effectively within the school curriculum.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a C grade in GCSE Maths and English and good IT skills. It is required to have experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs, Autism or other related needs.

Our client school in located in South Manchester and has just fewer than 900 pupils on roll and serves a diverse inner city catchment area. In the schools most recent Ofsted inspection, they achieved an overall grade of 'Good' and they continue to sore in their academic achievement. The school is easily accessible via public transport and is a short drive from the city centre.
