What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND
  • A minimum of 6 months' relevant experience
  • Confidence working independently in unfamiliar settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A calm, patient and proactive approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners

Experience within specialist schools, alternative provisions, residential care, youth services or SEMH environments would be highly advantageous.

Why Work Through Teaching Personnel?

  • £14.25 per hour
  • Flexible part-time supply assignments
  • Opportunities across multiple SEN and SEMH provisions
  • Weekly pay
  • Access to free CPD and specialist SEND training
  • Dedicated consultant support
