We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to take on full-time Teaching Assistant roles across Wigan, starting as soon as possible.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students—particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)—helping them reach their full potential. If you have experience or a genuine passion for working with SEN students, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide focused 1:1 support and deliver small group interventions
- Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging, tailored lessons
- Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
