SEN Teaching Assistant Wanted – WN6
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in WN6.
Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Secondary School in WN6
⏳ Hours: Full-time / Part-time available
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
Your Responsibilities:
✅ Supporting students with SEN on a one-to-one or small group basis
✅ Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
✅ Implementing individual learning plans to help students reach their potential
✅ Providing emotional and behavioural support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to learn and adapt to different needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
