Salary: £13.75 per hour

Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support teachers and staff in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment
  • Provide tailored assistance to pupils, helping them develop independence and confidence
  • Work collaboratively with a team that values compassion, creativity, and positive behaviour strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with SEN(D) in or out of an educational setting
  • Understanding of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
