Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit SEN Teaching Assistants for a client school in Stockport. The school cater for young people with additional needs ranging from the age of 2 to 25.
Information about the School:

Cater for young people and adults with complex learning disabilities and additional communication needs
-
Most of the pupils here have no or little language ability
-
Ages of pupils can range from 2 years to 25 years
-
Needs can include SLD, PMLD, ASC, Personal Care, ASC as well as challenging behaviours
-
School is ‘Outstanding’ (Ofsted)
Information about the candidate:
-
Require someone who can keep up with a physically demanding roles e.g. pushing wheelchairs, support pupils within the swimming pool
-
Personal care is involved in all roles
-
Ability to deal with challenging behaviours e.g pupils attempting to bite you
