Short-Term SEN Teaching Assistant – Old Trafford (M16)

We are actively seeking Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to become integral members of our team and make a profound impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.

Your Role:

  • Offer one-on-one or group support to students with SEN and SEMH needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to execute Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Cultivate a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with students to improve their emotional well-being.
  • Aid students in their academic and personal development.

Your Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children possessing SEN or SEMH needs is obligatory.
  • A heartfelt passion for nurturing the educational and emotional growth of students.
  • Willingness to procure an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service if not presently held.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • References spanning the past 2 years of employment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
