Ready to make a real impact and help young minds blossom? We’re searching for passionate, resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to jump on board at our thriving all-boys SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school.
For three years, we’ve been nurturing both students and staff with a temp-to-perm pathway, top-notch training, and a culture that truly values well-being and care.
What’s the Role?
You’ll be the guiding light for students overcoming learning hurdles—whether offering 1:1 support or leading small groups, you’ll help them re-engage, grow, and shine academically, emotionally, and socially.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience supporting children or young people, ideally in SEMH settings
- Bonus points for safeguarding, Makaton, PECS, or Team Teach skills
- A calm, resilient spirit with a proactive mindset
- Passionate about empowering children with complex needs
- Patience and flexibility to navigate challenges with confidence
- Available full-time and committed for the long haul
What You’ll Need:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
- Overseas Police Check (OCC) if applicable
- An up-to-date CV highlighting your experience with SEN/SEMH learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
