Sen Teaching Assistant

Location: Meldreth, Hertfordshire
Time: Full-Time | ASAP Start
Pay: £125+ per day

We are looking for a PMLD & SLD Teaching Assistant to join a friendly SEN provision in Meldreth, Hertfordshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) in a specialist setting.

What You'll Do:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Help children access learning through fun and engaging activities.
• Assist with personal care and promote independence.
• Use communication tools such as Makaton and visual aids.
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to help every child reach their potential.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children or adults with additional needs (preferred but not essential).
• Is kind, patient, and reliable.
• Is happy to support with personal care.
• Wants to make a real difference every day.
