Our partner school is looking for caring, resilient individuals to join their specialist team this September, supporting children and young people with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and additional complex needs.

You'll be:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and communication.
  • Helping deliver engaging learning activities throughout the school day.
  • Supporting pupils with daily routines and personal care where required.
  • Building positive relationships that help children achieve their individual goals.
  • Working as part of a friendly, supportive multidisciplinary team.

Your Experience Could Be Perfect If You've Worked In:

  • Care Assistant or Support Worker
  • Residential Care
  • Healthcare Assistant
  • Nursery or Early Years
  • Youth Worker
  • Mental Health Support
  • Sports Coach
  • Community or Charity Organisations

If you've built a career supporting people, managing challenging situations or communicating with empathy, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Kind, patient and compassionate.
  • Calm under pressure and resilient.
  • Positive and proactive.
  • Excellent communicators.
  • Passionate about helping young people reach their potential.
  • Looking for a career with real purpose.

Why Our Team?

Our partners are a specialist SEN school where every member of staff plays a vital role in helping children and young people achieve outcomes that once seemed impossible.

You'll benefit from:

  • A welcoming and supportive team.
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.

  • A varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
  • The chance to make a genuine difference every single day.
