SEN Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant required to work with a complex needs SEN children in a lovely Secondary SEN school in the London borough of Haringey

This is a SEN school with a high proportion of high needs children, the team are now looking for an additional SEN Teaching Assistant to help with the support.

• Long Term SEN role to start immediately for the whole academic year
• Kind and Nurturing individual required also good at working in a team
• Experience with High Needs SEN children ideally within a special school
• Join a warm and welcoming school with great staff retention

SEN Teaching Assistants should have previous experience working with children with high needs and have a passion for this kind of work.

Previous experience working with SEN children with alternative communication techniques like Makaton, PECs, visual cues etc.is beneficial to the role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
