Job description
SEN Teaching Assistant
We are looking for dedicated individuals to support students within Special Educational Needs (SEN) settings. We offer a supportive workplace built on trust, focusing on the professional development of our staff and the progress of our students.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.

Help create a safe and positive learning environment.

Maintain clear communication with the teaching team regarding student progress.

Follow all safeguarding protocols, ensuring that any concerns are reported to the DSL or Headteacher immediately.

Build supportive relationships with students while maintaining professional boundaries.
Candidate Requirements:
-
Previous experience is not necessary as we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
-
A background or interest in Psychology is highly desirable.
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
-
A reliable and professional approach to work.
-
Must hold an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one.
Location and Pay:

Locations: Kettering, Corby, Northampton, and Daventry.
- Full-Time, Term-Time

Pay Rate: from £90 per day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
