Nursery Teaching Assistant (SEN Support) – Horsham – Immediate Start!
A beautiful new and expanding nursery is requiring staff with a passion for early years!
Are you an experienced Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant in Childcare and Education with a passion for supporting young children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team in Horsham on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start available!

Your Role
- Must have previous nursery experience – this role requires knowledge of early years development and EYFS
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with SEN
- Implement behaviour management policies to create a positive, structured environment
- Work closely with nursery staff and parents to create individualised support plans
- Promote social, emotional, and communication skills through engaging activities
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Qualification in Childcare and Education is essential
- Experience supporting children with SEN and behaviour management
- Previous experience in a nursery setting is required
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach to early years education
- Child-Only Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
