About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist education setting supporting young people aged 6 to 19 with a wide range of needs, including:
- Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
- Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)
- ADHD and associated challenges
- Complex medical, sensory, and physical needs

Key Responsibilities
- Support students’ learning, development, and progress across all areas of the curriculum
- Assist in a variety of settings, including classrooms, outdoor environments, and community-based activities
- Work with young people with complex needs, including PMLD, autism, and medical conditions, to achieve both educational and personal goals
- Promote an inclusive environment that values equality, diversity, and respect
- Empower students to build confidence, independence, and self-esteem
- Provide high-quality support tailored to individual needs
- Participate in personal care routines and, where required, physical intervention strategies
- Contribute flexibly to team tasks, supporting wherever required
