Your Role
As an Individual Needs Assistant, you’ll provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN). You'll help children access the curriculum, develop social and emotional skills, and grow in confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with learning, behavioural, or emotional needs

Assist with emotional regulation and promote inclusive practices

Encourage active engagement in lessons and during playtimes

Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and families

Experience supporting children with SEN (or relevant qualification – desirable)

Calm, patient, and empathetic nature

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to inclusive education
