Set on five acres, this school supports students aged 5-16 with Communication and Interaction difficulties. Many have Autism traits (diagnosis not essential) and hold full EHCPs. Pupils work towards mainstream milestones like SATs and GCSEs.

Who They’re Looking For:

• Experience working 1:1 or in groups in SEMH settings
• Bonus: training in safeguarding, Makaton, PECS, or Team Teach ✔️
• Passion for supporting social, emotional & mental health needs ❤️
• Resilience, calmness, flexibility & endless patience
• Full-time commitment — ready for the long haul! ⏳

What You’ll Need:

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Overseas Check if lived abroad 6+ months in last 5 years
• Up-to-date CV with hands-on experience
• Ideally, SEMH school experience
