Location: Esher, Surrey

Salary: Experience dependant

Teaching Personnel is looking for motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a mainstream primary school in Esher, Surrey. This is a great opportunity to support the learning and development of students in a supportive and dynamic classroom environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-Providing 1:1 support to a student with additional learning needs.

-Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

-Supporting the student in completing assigned work and encouraging independent learning.

-Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to the class teacher.

 

Key Requirements:

-Passion for education and helping students succeed.

-Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with young people.

-Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting students.

-Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is important

-A willingness to learn and develop new skills (training can be provided).
