With outdoor learning areas, woodland bike trails, a go-kart track, construction workshops, a Science lab, Food Tech room, and a custom-built Sixth Form building, it’s a truly inspiring place to work. ️
Who They’re Looking For:

Experience supporting children 1:1 or in small groups, ideally in SEMH settings

Training in safeguarding, Makaton, PECS, or Team Teach is a bonus ✔️

A genuine passion for supporting children’s social, emotional & mental wellbeing
-
Calm, resilient, flexible, and endlessly patient
-
Fully committed to a full-time, long-term role starting in September
Requirements:

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

Overseas Police Check (if you’ve lived abroad for 6+ months in the past 5 years)

Up-to-date CV with relevant, hands-on experience

Previous experience in an SEMH school is highly desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
