Who They’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children 1:1 or in small groups, ideally in SEMH settings

• Training in safeguarding, Makaton, PECS, or Team Teach is a bonus ✔️

• A genuine passion for supporting children’s social, emotional & mental wellbeing

• Calm, resilient, flexible, and endlessly patient

• Fully committed to a full-time, long-term role starting in September

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

• Overseas Police Check (if you’ve lived abroad for 6+ months in the past 5 years)

• Up-to-date CV with relevant, hands-on experience

• Previous experience in an SEMH school is highly desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
