Teaching Assistant Opportunities – Make a Difference Every Day

Are you a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in a primary school? Whether you’re seeking full-time, part-time or supply work, we’d love to hear from you.

We work closely with a range of welcoming mainstream primary schools, supporting them to find Teaching Assistants who are passionate about helping children thrive both academically and emotionally.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils in the classroom, in small groups or on a 1:1 basis

  • Assist the class teacher with daily learning activities

  • Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment

  • Support children’s social, emotional and behavioural development

✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with children (school-based experience is desirable)

  • Is patient, nurturing and committed to supporting young learners

  • Can work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff

  • Is reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic about education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
