Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: £13.75 – £14.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Our client, a well-established primary SEN school in Burnley, is seeking a reliable and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. Role responsibilities:

Deliver one-to-one and small group support tailored to pupils’ needs

Assist with classroom activities and interventions designed to support learning and development

Foster independence and positive social interactions

Collaborate closely with teaching staff and families to ensure the best outcomes for children
Ideal candidate:

Experience working with children in SEN or similar settings preferred

Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach

Strong communication skills and a team player mindset

Passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
