Position: Unqualified Teaching Assistant
Location: Bristol
Contract: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Daily Pay: £89.38

Your Day-to-Day Role Will Include:
• Assisting teachers with delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to help reinforce learning
• Supporting pupils’ emotional, social, and academic growth
• Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
• Preparing learning resources and classroom materials
• Assisting with personalised lesson activities and content
• Encouraging a caring and supportive learning atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
• No formal qualifications needed — just commitment, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in working with children
• A positive attitude and willingness to develop within the role
• An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply — support provided!)
• Completion of Level 2 Safeguarding Training (available through Teaching Personnel)
• Flexibility to support students with a range of individual needs
• Experience with SEN or challenging behaviour (helpful, but not required)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
