What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to children with SEN

• Assisting teachers with delivering tailored learning activities

• Helping to create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment

• Supporting children’s social and emotional development

What We’re Looking For:

To apply, you should have:

• Some experience working with children in any setting – this could be in schools, as a childminder, sports coach, nursery worker, babysitter, or similar

• Some SEN experience or training is essential

• Alternatively, a teaching assistant qualification with SEN experience

• A positive, patient, and flexible approach

• Ability to travel to schools in Bournemouth

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
