Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support a range of needs in inclusive and welcoming schools across Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD)

  • A patient, nurturing and resilient approach

  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills

  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
