Do you have a passion for supporting children with additional needs? Are you looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same?

A welcoming mainstream primary school in Bedford is looking to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join its team from September. Working alongside experienced teachers and the SENCO, you'll support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

We're looking for someone who is patient, resilient, and committed to helping every child reach their potential.

You'll need:

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEND (preferred)
  • A calm, caring, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
