Position Details:

• Role: Teaching Assistant
• Location: Audenshaw
• Contract: Full-time
• Salary: £385 - £485 per week (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant at our school, you will:

• Support underachieving students and those with SEN/SEMH, helping them reach their full potential.
• Work closely with teachers to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional assistance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere in the classroom.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A genuine passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate students.
• Experience working with students with SEN/SEMH needs is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• A patient and empathetic nature, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
