SEN Teaching Assistant

Bilingual Teaching Assistant required for EAL student in Acton

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a local school to work with class teachers to assist them in supporting bilingual learners in raising attainment and social integration.

Bilingual Teaching Assistant - The Role:

· Provide interpretation for pupils and other ethnic minority parents as appropriate

· Work with a small group of EAL pupils on topics specified by the teacher, speaking English as necessary

· Carry out assessments and keep record of the students progress, providing feedback to parents and teachers

· Show initiative and enthusiasm and follow staff expectations
