Each school ensures you receive the support you need with a meet-and-greet session and a trial day to help you feel prepared.
Our partner schools are looking for caring and dedicated professionals to support pupils across various areas such as:
- Primary and Secondary Support
- PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
- Complex Needs
- ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
Key Details:
- Start Date: September 2025 – Flexible start dates to fit your schedule!
- Position: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm – Start on a temporary contract, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role.
- Pay: £90-£100 per day – Competitive weekly pay, based on your experience.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
- Work alongside teachers to implement personalized learning plans.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for pupils to thrive emotionally and socially.
- Adapt resources and activities to suit individual learning styles and needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each student’s holistic development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEN.
- Previous education or care experience is preferred but not essential – if you’re eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
- Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
- Willingness to complete relevant training to enhance your skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
