Our partner schools are looking for caring and dedicated professionals to support pupils across various areas such as:

• Primary and Secondary Support
• PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
• SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
• Complex Needs
• ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)

Key Details:

• Start Date: September 2025 – Flexible start dates to fit your schedule!
• Position: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm – Start on a temporary contract, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role.
• Pay: £90-£100 per day – Competitive weekly pay, based on your experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with special educational needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Work alongside teachers to implement personalized learning plans.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for pupils to thrive emotionally and socially.
• Adapt resources and activities to suit individual learning styles and needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each student’s holistic development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEN.
• Previous education or care experience is preferred but not essential – if you’re eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
• Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
• Willingness to complete relevant training to enhance your skills.
