SEN Teaching Assistant - Dyslexia Support

We are seeking a Dyslexia Support Teaching Assistant to join a school community in Northwich that is dedicated to supporting every student’s unique learning needs. If you have a background in literacy support and a passion for helping students with dyslexia succeed, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized literacy support to children with dyslexia, helping them build their reading, writing, and comprehension skills

• Collaborate with teachers to develop and deliver targeted interventions

• Monitor and track student progress, adapting approaches as needed

Requirements:

• Familiarity with dyslexia and evidence-based strategies for supporting students with learning differences

• Patience, creativity, and a commitment to student success

• Strong communication and organizational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
