SEN Teaching Assistant role - 'Outstanding' Secondary school - Croydon - Sept 19.

Autism Teaching Assistant role available at Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' School based in Croydon for September 2019 start.

Rate: £70 - £80 per day.

Teaching Personnel is looking to appoint a Autism Support Teaching Assistant to join our successful Secondary school client in the Croydon area for September 2019. You will work in a local Secondary school in South London, Croydon. This is a long term Autism supply teaching Assistant role, which will commence in September 2019 for a potential academic year.

The role - SEN Teaching Assistant role - 'Outstanding' Secondary school - Croydon.

In this role, you'll be working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil in KS3, who will require general support in the classroom for their studies.

The school aims to provide inclusive and vibrant environments and adopt, for many students, a sensory approach to learning. Experience working within a Secondary school or with children/young people with Autism is valued but not required.

Requirements - Autism SEN Teaching Assistant role - 'Outstanding' Secondary school - Croydon

To be considered for the Autism Teaching Assistant position, you will:

  • Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in Special Needs environment / Secondary school.
  • Be comfortable assisting a KS3 pupil with Autism.
  • Be passionate about working with students with SEN.
