SEN Teacher

Job description

A school that Teaching Personnel are working with in the Chippenham area have a full-time temporary vacancy from the start of January until Easter.

 The school caters for children from 4-19 who have Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, Severe Learning Difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD.)

The school is spread over 3 sites.  The temporary SEN teacher role will be supporting sixth formers in a bungalow close to the site which supports  students in understanding independent living and moving into adult life.  This school has lots of  opportunities for the young people as they forge strong working links with employers and further education providers within the area.

Requirements: 

You must have some SEN teaching experience 

The school are particularly interested in post 16 teachers although this is not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
