SEN Teacher
Job description
A well-respected specialist school in the Yeovil area is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teacher with QTS to join their passionate and supportive team. This role involves teaching pupils aged 4 to 16 within a nurturing and inclusive environment designed to support a wide range of additional learning needs.This specialist provision is committed to helping every pupil thrive both academically and personally. The school supports children and young people with autism spectrum condition (ASC), communication and interaction needs, moderate to complex learning difficulties, and social emotional needs. Staff work collaboratively to create a positive, structured and supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. The school is known for its strong pastoral care and excellent teamwork among staff.
Role Overview

Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons

Working closely with teaching assistants and support staff to meet individual needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
