This well-established specialist college supports students with a range of complex Special Educational Needs, including: ASC, MLD and additional medical or communication needs.

Set within a beautiful rural environment with extensive outdoor space, the provision combines classroom learning with practical, therapeutic and nature-based activities, helping students build independence, confidence and life skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons

• Supporting students working towards EHCP outcomes

• Acting as a personal tutor for a small group of learners

• Promoting life skills, resilience and independence

• Working closely with support staff and specialist professionals

What We’re Looking For

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• Interest or experience in SEN and autism support

• Creative, patient and adaptable approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
