Primary SEN Teacher – Specialist School
Location: Shawford, Hampshire
Hours: Full-time | Term time only
Pay: Competitive rate | Temp-to-perm opportunities
A dedicated Specialist SEN School in Shawford is seeking passionate and committed Teachers to join its team. The school supports primary-aged pupils with moderate to severe learning difficulties, complex needs, and autism within a nurturing and structured environment.
The Role
-
Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs

Lead a small class with the support of skilled Learning Support Assistants

Develop personalised learning plans focused on communication, independence, and life skills

Work collaboratively with therapists, families, and a multi-disciplinary team
About You

SEN experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate with a strong willingness to learn.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
