SEN Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and flexible SEN Teacher to join our welcoming and well-resourced Special Educational Needs team, delivering a mixed curriculum to children and young people with additional needs.
About the Role:
- Deliver a broad, balanced, and personalised curriculum across all key stages (age range 4–19)
- Use a variety of sensory, therapeutic, and functional learning approaches
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and support staff
- Lead and manage a class team of teaching assistants
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching pupils with additional or complex needs (or a strong interest in SEN)
- Able to deliver differentiated and engaging lessons across a wide range of abilities
- Creative, resilient, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
