Empower Young Lives: SEN Teacher (QTS) – Poole
Are you a passionate educator ready to transform lives through inclusive, meaningful teaching?
We’re looking for exceptional SEN Teachers (QTS) to join a group of forward-thinking specialist schools in Poole, supporting students aged 3 to 19 across both primary and secondary phases.
This part-time position starts in September 2025, with the opportunity to begin sooner in a part-time or full-time capacity. Hours are 8.30am–4pm, Monday to Friday.

Your Role

Deliver differentiated, engaging lessons that meet EHCP targets

Foster progress in communication, independence, and life skills

Work closely with experienced SEN support teams and therapists

Adapt approaches to support a wide range of learning needs
What You’ll Need
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
-
Experience or passion for SEN and inclusive teaching
-
Confidence in managing behaviour positively and proactively
-
A flexible, patient, and creative teaching style
Salary
-
Full-time salary: £31,650 – £43,607 per annum
-
Part-time pay calculated pro-rata for fairness and transparency

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
