Requirements

• UK qualifies teacher status (QTS) and verification of this qualification
• A child only DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through teaching personnel)
• A right to work in the united kingdom
• 2 proofs of address
• References from your last 2 working years

What you’ll do?

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, maintaining student interest and participation throughout.
• Mark student work and provide tailored feedback to help identify learning gaps and build confidence for improvement.
• Set clear, achievable learning targets that reflect each student’s individual progress and development.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students, creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters both academic and emotional growth.
• Collaborate professionally with teaching staff within your classroom and across the wider school community.

Who are we looking for?

• A genuine passion for education and a strong desire to begin or develop a career in the sector
• Confident behavioural management skills and effective communication abilities
• Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential—newly qualified teachers are warmly encouraged to apply
• SEN experience, whether personal or professional, is valued but not a requirement
