These may include ADHD, anxiety, communication challenges, mental health needs, and specific learning differences such as dyslexia—so empathy, patience, and understanding are essential.

Requirements
- UK qualifies teacher status (QTS) and verification of this qualification
- A child only DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through teaching personnel)
- A right to work in the united kingdom
- 2 proofs of address
- References from your last 2 working years
What you’ll do?
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, maintaining student interest and participation throughout.
- Mark student work and provide tailored feedback to help identify learning gaps and build confidence for improvement.
- Set clear, achievable learning targets that reflect each student’s individual progress and development.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students, creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters both academic and emotional growth.
- Collaborate professionally with teaching staff within your classroom and across the wider school community.
Who are we looking for?
- A genuine passion for education and a strong desire to begin or develop a career in the sector
- Confident behavioural management skills and effective communication abilities
- Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential—newly qualified teachers are warmly encouraged to apply
- SEN experience, whether personal or professional, is valued but not a requirement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
