Your Role as an SEN Teacher

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
  • Create a supportive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and wider school staff
  • Support pupils with a range of additional needs to achieve their full potential

Important Information

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification required
  • Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential for all roles
  • Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay
  • Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks are required (full support provided)
  • FREE Child Protection and Prevent Duty training available
