Full-Time SEN Teacher (QTS) – High Wycombe
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier by negotiation)
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our dedicated team in High Wycombe. This is a full-time, permanent role ideally suited to a teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs and helping every child reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs

  • Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of EHCPs

  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as required

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and external agencies

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • QTS and experience of teaching pupils with SEN

  • A sound understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation

  • A flexible and creative approach to teaching and learning

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
