Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Secondary School who are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive English lessons to students with SEN
- Differentiate teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Track and monitor student progress, providing appropriate feedback and support
- Contribute to the wider school community and participate in extracurricular activities
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching English, preferably with SEN students
- A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Commitment to continuous professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
