About the Role:
This rewarding position involves working with SEN students of all ages, supporting their everyday learning and development. You’ll be helping to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored lessons and interventions for SEN pupils across a range of age groups

• Supporting students with varying needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties

• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals

• Monitoring and reporting on student progress

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

• Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching
