SEN Teacher – Boston, Lincolnshire
Daily Rate: From £140 (with potential to increase)
Full-Time | Immediate Start Available
Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs? We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our supportive team in Boston, Lincolnshire.
About the Role:
This rewarding position involves working with SEN students of all ages, supporting their everyday learning and development. You’ll be helping to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Delivering tailored lessons and interventions for SEN pupils across a range of age groups

Supporting students with varying needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties

Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals

Monitoring and reporting on student progress
Requirements:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
-
Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable
-
Strong classroom management and communication skills
-
A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
