SEN Teacher - Complex Needs & Independence Pathway

Blackpool | Full Time | 12-Week Temp to Perm

Are you passionate about helping young people with SEN achieve greater independence and prepare for adult life?

A specialist provision in Blackpool is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to support learners with complex needs through a curriculum focused on life skills, independence, and employability.

QTS is not essential. We're looking for someone with experience supporting learners with SEN, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

The role includes:

• Delivering personalised learning for students with complex needs
• Teaching life skills, independence, and employability-based learning
• Supporting learners to develop confidence, communication, and resilience
• Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with SEN and complex needs
• Be patient, adaptable, and nurturing
• Be committed to preparing young people for adulthood and future opportunities
