SEN Teacher – Make a Real Difference Every Day
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and resilient SEN Teacher to join our supportive and inclusive team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is committed to helping children with additional needs thrive both academically and emotionally.
You will be working with pupils with Autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, supporting them through personalised learning approaches and positive behaviour strategies. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, adaptable, and genuinely motivated to make a lasting difference in young lives.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs

Create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment

Support students with emotional regulation and behaviour, using de-escalation strategies when required

Monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
What We’re Looking For
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEN teaching experience
-
Experience working in SEN settings
-
Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
-
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
-
Commitment to continuous professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
