SEN TEACHER (QTS)
COMPLEX NEEDS – SPECIALIST SETTING
Full Time (8AM – 4PM)
Pay between £140-£210 dependent on experience.

An amazing Special School in the north of Birmingham (b75) are looking for a SEN TEACHER with QTS.
To work with a year 3 / 4 class with complex needs. The school is a beautiful purpose-built provision that aims to give each and every child the best possible start in life and maximize their student’s potential. Using its facilities and generous size class spaces, the students can enjoy learning in a suitable environment. The school is easily accessible using public transport.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and teach the specialized curriculum.
- Manage and direct support staff.
- Ensure students safety and development.
- Recognize and overcome possible behaviour challenges.
The right person
- Have experience working with SEN (preferrable)
- Be Compassionate and understanding.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to build strong positive relationships.
- Be resilient
- Have an Enhanced Child DBS ( or willing to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
