Contract Type: Full Time (Term-Time, Long-Term with Permanent Potential)
Day Rate: £120 - £160 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing personalised learning journeys that meet individual EHCP targets
- Creating calm, structured environments that support sensory and emotional regulation
- Working side-by-side with skilled support staff, therapists, and families
- Encouraging independence, communication, and self-expression
- Monitoring and celebrating progress in all its forms — academic, social, and personal
- Being a consistent and caring presence in the lives of pupils who need it most
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a background in SEN or inclusive education
- Strong knowledge of SEND teaching strategies and alternative communication approaches
- A creative and proactive mindset
- Emotional resilience and a passion for pupil-centred practice
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
