Teaching Personnel work with a Client School based in Acomb, which cater for children aged 4 - 11 year olds and have a range of Special Educational Needs. The School has 15 classes, with each class having between 4 and 8 children, 1 class teacher and up to 4 Teaching Assistants. The school caters for students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism; both verbal and non-verbal, physical disabilities; including wheelchair bound and those requiring hydrotherapy sessions, behavioural difficulties and severe learning difficulties, with most students working from an individualised EYFS scheme. With this in mind, the school has a high need of temporary staff to cover day to day illness and long term placements.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
