SEN Support Assistant – Primary School
Location: Ribbleton, Preston (PR2).
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time opportunities available.
Salary: Competitive £14.25 p/h

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Preston. The school caters for students with a range of additional needs including ASD, SLD, MLD and PMLD.
Your role will include:
✅ Supporting students with a variety of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, SLD, PMLD and speech & language difficulties.
✅ Assisting teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
✅ Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual learning needs.
✅ Helping students develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
✅ Working closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
What we are looking for:
✔ A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to learning support.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔ A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
✔ Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Childcare, Healthcare or similar) – desirable but not required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
